Cole Winters writes speculative thrillers built on real, checkable history, the kind of book where you stop mid-chapter to check whether something actually happened.

He has been writing since childhood, when he won more praise for his poems and stories than for anything else he attempted. At university he led a literary society and edited a newspaper column. Years of blogging and abandoned first chapters followed. This one survived.
